These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Ribs Lane website (ribslane.com.au) and to any reservation, order, booking or enquiry you make through it. The website is operated by Ribs Lane (ABN 17 661 848 013) ("Ribs Lane", "we", "us" or "our").

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. We may update these terms from time to time, and the version published on this page applies at the time you use the website.

• Menu items, prices, specials and trading hours shown on the website are a guide only and may differ between our Mount Lawley, Subiaco and Forrestfield venues.
• Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise.
• We may change menu items, prices or availability at any time without notice. Items may sell out on the day.
• Public holiday surcharges, card surcharges or minimum spends may apply and will be communicated at the venue or at the time of booking.
• Images are for illustration purposes and the dish you receive may look different.

Our kitchens handle common allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, soy, sesame, fish and shellfish. While we take care when preparing meals for dietary requirements, we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free from allergens or that cross-contamination will not occur. Dietary labels on our menu (such as GF, V or Halal) are provided in good faith. Please tell our staff about any allergies or dietary needs before ordering.

• Reservations are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive confirmation from us.
• Please arrive on time. If you are running late, call the venue, as we may release your table to other guests.
• Please let us know as early as possible if you need to cancel or change your booking, or if your group size changes.
• For large groups, special events or peak dates we may require a deposit, a set menu or a time limit on the table. Any such conditions will be explained when you book.
• We reserve the right to refuse service in line with our responsible service of alcohol obligations and venue policies.

• Orders for lunch pre-order, catering, meat platters, pizza classes and functions are subject to confirmation and availability.
• Where payment or a deposit is taken online, it is processed securely by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details.
• Cancellation, change and refund terms for catering, functions and classes will be provided when you book. If no specific terms are provided, please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled date to discuss changes.
• You are responsible for making sure the details you provide (including the date, time, address and contact details) are correct.

Promotions, specials, events and food challenges advertised on the website are subject to their own terms, which will be shown with the offer or provided at the venue. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be used with any other offer, are not redeemable for cash and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

Alcohol is only served to people aged 18 years or over. We may ask for valid photo ID and may refuse service to anyone who is, or appears to be, intoxicated, in line with the Liquor Control Act 1988 (WA).

All content on this website, including text, logos, photos and design, is owned by or licensed to Ribs Lane and is protected by copyright and trade mark laws. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not copy, reproduce or use our content for any other purpose without our written permission, or use the website in a way that could damage it or interfere with other users.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website, and the website is provided "as is" without any guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
